To be certain of finding a place in class, you are advised to pre-book. Pay as you go is also available but please, be aware booking has priority and numbers are limited to ensure the best of attention.
I used to suffer from road rage. In an attempt to cope with this I take myself back to class and recall Sheila’s voice talking us through relaxation and the use of the breath. Actively taking myself back to a calm place has allowed me to gain much better control of my frustration and anger in these situations – much to the relief of my family and myself and, no doubt, other drivers!
